Originally part of the Dorian Society, Seattle Counseling Service (SCS) was established in 1969, and is the oldest LGBTQ-focused community mental health agency in the country. Not only a counseling center, SCS also provides substance use disorder services, HIV prevention programs, immigrant, refugee, and undocumented outreach, and are staunch advocates for the health and wellness of the LGBTQ community.
