MOHAI Education has reached capacity for 2025-2026 school year field trips. We will not be able to accommodate any additional field trip requests for the current school year. We will begin accepting reservation requests for the 2026-27 school year on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. MOHAI will host field trips on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during the 2026-2027 school year. We hope to see your students at the museum next year.
Reservations are required for all youth and student groups coming to the museum and must be requested at least three weeks prior to the preferred field trip dates. Dates for popular times of the year and for guided field trips often fill up early in the school year. Groups are encouraged to submit field trip requests as far in advance as possible, especially for large groups or schools needing multiple days.
After you submit a field trip request, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 weeks. In the event that we cannot accommodate your request, we will contact you via email to make alternative arrangements.
Scholarships and bus reimbursement funds are available to schools that qualify.

MOHAI education is excited to host homeschool cooperatives, unschoolers, ALE, and similar mixed-age/grade groups. We do require reservations for all groups.

This program was designed with mixed-age and mixed-skill classrooms in mind but is adaptable to fit a variety of classroom structures and student needs.
