EXCOA was a mid-late 20th century subsidiary of the Rocket Research Corporation focused on controlled blasting, demolition, and engineering consulting. Stephen Michael Largent (b. 1954) was a Hall of Fame wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks from 1976-1989, holding several all-time receiving records when he retired. Largent then went on to serve in the US House of Representatives for Oklahoma from 1994-2002. These trading cards were made and sold by a Pacific Trading Cards, Inc., an Edmonds, Washington company.
