Kick off the holiday season at Lake Union Park with MOHAI!
Gather with family and friends as we welcome the arrival of the holidays with a day full of fun and good cheer:
- The Faye G. Allen Grand Atrium will play host to a miniature wonderland courtesy of the 4th Division of the Pacific Northwest Region of the National Model Railroad Association. Stop by Friday through Sunday for a festive model train show sure to delight visitors of all ages!
- Head to the MOHAI Store Friday through Museum Store Sunday for special Greet the Season shopping! Our store curators have hand-selected a collection of local gifts and stocking stuffers perfect for everyone on your holiday to-do list. MOHAI members receive 20% off all store purchases throughout the weekend, and Greet the Season shoppers can enjoy up to 40% off select items storewide.
- Participate in family friendly activities throughout the park all day, including the Center for Wooden Boats and the Historic Ships Wharf.
- Enjoy complimentary access to MOHAI’s Grand Atrium from 5—8 pm. Hear the true story of the World War I Christmas Truce with Erik Flint of the Lewis Army Museum at 6:30 pm, enjoy a holiday performance of the Emerald Ensemble at 7 pm, and end the day with a special viewing of the Argosy Christmas Ship™ boat parade and a broadcast of their live choir performance outside MOHAI at 8 pm.
