A Celebration of South Asian Resilience

Saturday January 11, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • This event has passed.

Many South Asian communities share an ability to survive and thrive despite mental health struggles related to experiences of migration, discrimination, oppression, and isolation. Celebrate these acts of resilience with an afternoon of dance, community-led conversations, film shorts, and resources.

Enjoy bites provided by Spice Waala and a chai tasting bar with Jaipur Avenue.

This program is produced in partnership with Asian Counseling and Referral Service, India Association of Western Washington, Socially Conscious Artists Foundation, Tasveer, and Trikone Northwest.
