Order an ImageYesler School opened in the early 1890s in the new lumber mill town of Yesler, on Lake Washington's Union Bay. The school was located across from the sawmill on Thirty-sixth Avenue NE, just above NE Forty-seventh Street. The school closed in 1918 and the student body moved to Bryant School.
