Order an ImageSoccer teams from Seattle's Washington and Beacon Hill grade schools were the finalists in the 1935 league championships. After Washington beat Beacon Hill 2 to 1 to win the title, team members posed for their picture with their trophy and banner. The initials on the banner stand for Public School Athletic League. Most of the team members were Japanese Americans students.
