Neighborhood House, founded in 1906, was originally created to serve as a settlement house for new Jewish immigrants in order to help them "integrate into American life." It later expanded its services to include "people of all ages, all faiths, all races." Operating under the Red Feather Agency, the Neighborhood House was a "pioneer member of Community Chest" as well as an "original member of the United Good Neighbor Fund."
This pamphlet provides background information on the Neighborhood House and also advertises the "education and recreation" programs that were available to its members. The pamphlet also includes information on the Neighborhood House's Board of Directors and staff members. Included is a card that could be cut out to and mailed to the Neighborhood House with a donation.
