The Seattle Railroad School was a branch of the Spokane Telegraph School that taught the Morse telegraphy that was used by railroads in the U. S. and Canada. The school advertised in The Seattle Times at least from 1949-1955, offering training in stenography, teletype operating, telephone operating, Gregg shorthand, and typewriting.

This brochure for the school lists the classes offered in different courses, as well as the tuition and time required to complete the courses.
