Edison Technical School brochure, May 1957

Seattle Public Schools opened the Broadway High School Annex in 1921 to house vocational and technical programs. Renamed for inventor Thomas Edison in 1930, the annex became part of Seattle Central Community College (now Seattle Central College) in 1966.

This 1957 catalog describes Edison's day and evening classes as well as trade training and apprenticeship programs.
