Mulitmedia artist Moynee Chau grew up in the Chinatown - International District of Seattle. Early on in the Covid-19 pandemic, Chau became aware of xenophobic and racist stickers posted in the neighborhood by a white nationalist hate group. In response to this anti-Asian backlash, Chau created this poster to support the community and honor its history of resilience.

In a statement on their website, Chau stats: "Seattle’s Chinatown International District had been the target of white nationalists stickers as a fear tactic to intimidate the neighborhood. This was intentional and racially charged. I made these posters for folks to share and post as a response, I am posting the PDF for free for folks to print/post/share themselves."
