The card pictured here advertises a show held August 24 at a club in downtown Seattle located at 84 Seneca street, featuring local bands The Blackouts and Mental Mannequin. The Blackouts were a Seattle-based punk band from 1979-1984, founded by Erich Werner, Mike Davidson, Bill Rieflin, and Roland Barker. Metal Mannequin was another local band that played a combination of New Wave and Progressive Rock from 1980-1981, and featured musicians Tor Richard Midtskog, Gordon Raphael, Mike Davidson, Pony Maurice, Ben Ireland, Barbie Ireland, and Charles "Upchuck" Gerra.
