During World War II, The Greeting Card Industry, Inc. published this small album for collecting the US Treasury's War Savings Stamps. By pasting stamps in the album, the owners covered up racist caricatures of Hitler, Mussolini, a Japanese soldier, and other Axis figures.

A full album of 10-cent stamps meant that the owner had contributed $18.70 to the war effort and, in ten years, could receive a $25 savings bond.
