Norm's Fountain Cafe was located in Seattle's University District. This lunch and fountain menu features a photograph of a Boeing B-17F Flying Fortress cruising in front of Mount Rainier on its cover, along with the catchphrase "Just say ''I'll meet you for breakfast at Norm's'." On the back of the menu is a helpful chart indicating the amount of fruit, fat, proteins, and other nutrients necessary to meet the needs of the body. Norm's menu features a full fountain with ice cream sodas, malts, and sundaes and the advice: "For Health! Eat a dish of ice cream every day. For pep!"
