Hugh DeLacy (1910-1986) served on the Seattle City Council from 1937 to 1940 and represented Washington’s 1st district in the US House of Representatives from 1945 to 1947. This photo shows a campaign truck for DeLacy's campaign for reelection to Congress. The women on the back of the truck wear sweaters spelling out DeLacy's name, but appear unaware that they are standing in reverse order.
