This photo shows a parade float for the "Black Elks" Lodge 109 in Seattle. The flatbed truck has a sign reading "Elks I.B.P.O.E of W. Puget Sound Lodge #109 and Auxiliary." One man drives the truck and two others stand on the back with a taxidermy elk, waving to the crowd.
