Order an Image
In 1995, Open Books: A Poetry Emporium opened in an extended bungalow at 2414 N 45th St in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. It was, and continues to be, one of the few poetry-only shops in the nation. Open Books relocated to the corner of First Avenue and Cherry Street in Pioneer Square in 2022.

This image shows Open Books in its original Wallingford location.
