The Vogue was a popular Seattle nightclub, operating from 1983 to 2007. First located in Belltown on the site of earlier gay bars, the Vogue was a significant part of the grunge scene - it hosted Nirvana's first large show in 1988, and Mudhoney's first show. It also saw shows by Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and Mother Love Bone, among other seminal Seattle bands. The Vogue moved from its original Belltown location to Capitol Hill around 1999, and later to the Capitol Hill Arts Center, renaming itself Blacklight, but closing permanently six months later in 2007.

Here, band The Pleasure Elite performs at the Vogue in 1992. The Pleasure Elite was formed in Seattle in 1990, and their first full-length CD, Bad Juju, debuted in May 1994.
