Don's Oyster House was located at 203 Yesler Way, opposite the Smith Tower, and was open 24 hours. Don's Oyster House was Seattle's first seafood restaurant, established in 1899 by Don Ehle and his father. The restaurant closed in 1974.

The Office of Price Administration (OPA) was established during World War II to control prices on food and other necessities. This menu contains a statement indicating the prices are at or below the OPA limit.
