The two color design resembles the face of a compass and reveals a short message with each recipe. The Gin Rickey says: "For That 'Low Tide' Feeling." The Olympic Hotel, built in 1925, was home to several dining areas including the Marine Room, Terrace Room, Georgian Room, and the Spanish Ballroom.
