Contact MOHAI to OrderFar from being a small background figure, as he appears in this photo by nineteen-year-old Timothy Eagan, Ringo Starr was equal in fan popularity to his more prominent bandmates. During an press conference before the Coliseum concert, Ringo was asked why he got the most fan mail. "Do I?" he asked. "You do in Seattle," was the reply. He continued, in the charmingly flippant tone typical of Beatles' interviews, "Oh very nice. Thanks alot, Seattle. I don't know, you know." Perhaps 'cuz more people write to me."
