Begun as "Festival '71" in 1971, Seattle's Bumbershoot has become one of North America's largest urban arts festivals, held annually over Labor Day weekend at the Seattle Center.
In 1979, the festival included a concert series with four programs at the Playhouse. This poster advertises the concert series, with an silhouette of a white figure juggling on a black background.
