In response to the violence, anti-Marcos protests erupted across the US, including in Seattle. The poster condemns the arrest of four Seattle residents for protesting at the Philippine Consulate, asks readers to write letters to support them, to picket the consulate on May 18, 1978, and to attend the protesters' trial.
