Order an ImageIn this image Joe Minish and his companion Jody huddle in blankets in their camp under the Pine Street overpass in downtown Seattle. Keith Roy Ganyo, left, a former Marine, crawls out of a hole under the bridge abutment where the group stores their belongings. This camp was one of about 30 around the city where people experiencing homelessness were sheltering underneath Interstate 5.
