Order an ImageThis image was taken as Doug Castle, an unemployed fisherman from Dallas, collects some of his belongings from Seattle's Tent City. The site near the Kingdome had provided emergency shelter for some of the homeless population since November 21. Mr. Castle, a leader of the group Share (Seattle Housing and Resource Effort), and the other inhabitants were moving to a site near Seattle Center where they had permission to remain until March.
