Dick's Drive-In, or simply Dick's, is a fast-food restaurant chain in Seattle co-founded in 1954 by Richard Jack "Dick" Spady (1923-2016). Spady's vision to bring fast-food to Seattle capitalized on American's desire for a place to easily park and enjoy the new American classic meal: burgers, fries, and shakes. Dick's simple menu has changed little over time, and the organization has a reputation for offering best-in-industry benefits to their employees.
