Order an ImageSeattle entrepreneur Christian Wong bought Sutliff Candy and the former CBM Chocolate Co., creating Sutliff Candy & Promotions Co., a retail business specializing in confectionery treats. Wong expanded the business in 2003, opening the first Chocolati Cafe in the Green Lake neighborhood. As of 2025, the company has three additional cafes in Wallingford, Greenwood, and at the downtown public library branch, as well as a factory outlet for commercial and custom orders on Aurora Avenue.
