The Links, Incorporated, established in 1946, is an international non-profit volunteer service organization of Black women "committed to enriching, sustaining and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry." As of 2023, the organization has a membership of over 17,000 professional women of color in 299 chapters.

This 1993 photo shows the annual Links gala, which raised funds for student scholarships. Links members and their husbands (called "connecting Links") were introduced by name as they entered the ballroom, and over 700 people attended the gala. The event, held at the Sheraton Hotel, included dinner, a fashion show, and dancing.
