Order an Image
This image shows cousins Jimi (left) and Frank (right) Dorsey making sausages at their shop, The Incredible Link, in Pike Place Market. Jimi, Frank, and several of their relatives ran The Incredible Link together and made gourmet sausages based on family recipes. In addition to more standard varieties,The Incredible Link served smoked salmon sausage, crab-shrimp-scallop sausage, English-style bangers, and a vegetarian sausage. The shop featured a work room with windows looking out onto the walkway so customers and passers-by could see the sausage being made.
