In this image members of the Lotus Skyliners prepare for a 19-day tour of Oregon and California cities. The band was made up of 20 male musicians and female vocalist Pat Nakashima. They were directed by Don Kinsley, a Seattle teacher. Welcoming the band onto the Northwest Greyhound Lines bus is driver E. G. Rhodes.
