Lincoln First Federal Bank, Seattle, September 19, 1954

Order an Image
This image of the recently completed Lincoln First Federal Savings and Loan Association (previously Northern Federal Savings & Loan Association) building highlights the busy downtown Seattle intersection of Fifth Avenue and Union Street. The Metropolitan Business College, shown here above the bank, occupied that space from 1941 through 1978. The building's Forecaster sign (unsurprisingly) proclaims the day to be "cloudy."

Signs in image: Lincoln Savings; Metropolitan Business College; Fourth & Pike Building; Mills & Malan
