This fashion model shows off the silk crepe cording of her gold lame dress designed by Malorie Nelson. The Egyptian-inspired dress was originally created for the “Dinner with Tutankhamun” gala at the Seattle Art Museum, which raised money for the museum and promoted the exhibition “Treasures of Tutankhamun.” This dress was then later available at Nelson’s shop at 1900 First Avenue in downtown Seattle.
