Harish Bharti is a Seattle trial lawyer who practiced law in India before joining the Seattle firm of Felix, Zimmar and Smith in 1994. Bharti prosecuted the famous 2001 class action lawsuit against McDonald's, on behalf of vegetarians and Hindus, for the fast-food chain's inclusion of beef flavoring in their french fries. As of 2019, Bharti Law Group in Seattle focuses on employment discrimination, civil rights, first amendment rights, medical negligence, and class action litigation.
In this photo, Harish Bharti, his wife Anu Bharti, and their 20-month-old son Manu stand in the unpainted doorway of the new addition to their north Seattle home. The Bhartis had to hire a new contractor to finish the work after the original contractor failed to complete the job.
