Order an ImageBeginning with the opening of its first tearoom in 1906 in the Rialto building at 2nd and Madison, the Frederick & Nelson store offered a number of eating establishments at its flagship Seattle store and its several branch stores. Restaurants included the Paul Bunyan Room, Men's Grill, Caffeto Cafe, and Arcade Cafe. This photo shows the crowded patio of the Cafe Frederick outside of a Frederick & Nelson store.
