Hotel Frye menu, circa 1911

When the Frye Hotel opened in 1911, it was considered the finest hotel in Seattle. This menu is for the hotel cafe and features three pages of imported and domestic beers and wines, liquors, cordials and fourteen varieties of mineral water. The cover of the menu is printed in two colors with a crest design and a stylized gothic font.
