Order an ImageA group of nuns from the Order of Saint Benedict enjoyed their summer vacation at the beach in Grayland. In this image, Sister Agnes (left) and Sister Ebba (standing, with sunglasses) are triumphantly holding razor clams they have caught. Sister Lydia (front, kneeling) is reaching for a clam in a hole she dug and Sister Ruth (with shovel) continues to dig. After a weeklong break they returned "refreshed and strengthened" to their routine duties of teaching school in the Seattle and Tacoma area.
