Order an ImageIn late summer of 1967, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra toured the United States to raise money for the Israel Emergency Fund. The Fund collected money to help Israelis rebuild after the Six-Day War, which occurred in June 1967. The Philharmonic played at the Seattle Center Arena on August 9, 1967.
