Order an ImageJanet Joy "Yet-Si-Blue" (Renecker) McCloud (1934-2003) was a Tulalip tribe member and an Indigenous activist who was prominent in the "fish wars" that led to the Boldt Decision, a federal ruling guaranteeing Washington tribes half the state's salmon and steelhead trout catch.

Jack Tanner (1919-2006) was a Tacoma attorney who served as regional director of the NAACP from 1957 to 1965.
