St. Mark's Church, 1905
Order an ImageSt. Mark's Church was formed in 1889. It was Seattle's second Episcopal church. For a while, the members held services in a building at Olive and Stewart Streets, where the Times Square Building now stands. In 1897, they dedicated their new church building on First Hill.
