Bruen's 45th Street Theatre, Seattle, 1934
Order an ImageIn the 1930s, Hugh W. Bruen owned the motion picture theater at 2115 N. 45th Street. Known later as Guild Forty-Fifth Street Theater, the Wallingford institution became part of Landmark Theatres in 1989, and closed in 2017.
