The Rhodes mansion, located at 1901 10th Avenue East on Capitol Hill, was designed by A. Warren Gould and constructed in 1911. The elaborate terra cotta decoration and Mediterranean style sets this home apart. The Rhodes family owned a department store in downtown Seattle.
