The historic Mayflower Park Hotel opened in 1927 as the Bergonian Hotel, and is located at 405 Olive Way in downtown Seattle. Designed by architects George Wellington Stoddard, Bertram Dudley Stuart, Jr., and Arthur Wheatley, the facade of the building is renowned for its unique terra cotta detailing. As of 2018, the hotel is the oldest continuously operating hotel in downtown Seattle.
