In this image the girls of the eighth grade at Madrona school pose on the steps outside the school, wearing costumes for their ancient-Greece-inspired performance at their graduation ceremony.

Thompson, Eugenia Ballis, Muriel Bearse, Dorothy Moegling, Euphanel Bolton, Betty Williams, Elinor McIntyre, Margaret Mack, Catherine Lay, Betty Welch, Mary Street, Evelyn (Billie) Partridge, Marjorie Mines, Marianne Bartlett, Edith Andrews, Louise Hunt, and Dixie (unknown last name).

Handwritten on verso: 8th grade girls, Grecian dance, part of entertainment at grad. Went on to Garfield High, first class to completely go thru 4 yrs in new bldg at Garfield HS.
