Arden Farms' dairy was first established in 1904 in El Monte,California. Seattle's headquarters for Arden Dairy Farms was located at 1501 4th Avenue South at Atlantic Street. The Arden milkman was a common sight, his truck traversing neighborhoods early in the mornings to deliver glass bottles of milk, as well as yogurt and ice cream.

This small fold-out leaflet features a woman cheerfully spooning up Arden yogurt on the front. The rest of the leaflet is printed with a short history of yogurt, and recipes such as "Savory Veal Birds" and "Tangy Yogurt Slaw." One end of the page is a tear-off delivery slip to leave for the Arden milkman, where the customer can specify the number of half pint containers to be added to their milk delivery.
