These buildings are listed together as (south to north) the "Globe Building, Beebe Building and Hotel Cecil" on the National Register of Historic Places. The buildings are also part of a city landmark, the First Avenue Groups / Waterfront Center, 1001-1123 1st Ave., 94-96 Spring St., and 1006-1024 Western Ave.
