This image show the 1908 officers of the Seattle Real Estate Association. The individuals are identified as: Standing, from left, George B. Littlefield; [unreadable]; Frank E. Case. Sitting, from left, Robert C. Erskine; George W. Dilling; Robert W. Hill.

The photo is part of a photo album created by Robert C. Erskine. Robert Chase Erskine (1876-1971) came to Seattle in 1899 and became a prominent businessman, elected three times as president of the Seattle Real Estate Association. Having upheld a boyhood pledge to his mother to never drink alcohol, when he died at age 95 he left a six-figure trust fund to promote total abstinence from alcohol in the young. A street in West Seattle, Erskine Way SW, is named for him.

Identifications written on album page. The unreadable name may be Samuel Collyer, Ervin S. Goodwin, Samuel L. Lemmon, or Herbert S. Turner, all officers in 1908-1909.
