Order an Image
Oldsmobile was named the Official Car for the Seattle World's Fair, "And appropriately so! For just as the Fair offers a projected view of the world of the future, so does Oldsmobile indicate the trend of automobile achievements...in style, performance, luxury and comfort!"

Here, Ewen C. Dingwall, left, managing director of Century 21, stands in front of the Coliseum with Donald Riach, center, and Brooks Biddle, right, who helped supply the Oldsmobiles to the fair. Each car's license plate includes the word "FAIR."
