"Century 21 Exposition, America's space age world's fair, as it will appear on opening day April 21, 1962 in Seattle, Washington. Shown on the model are the Coliseum Century 21, $4,000,000 State of Washington financed pavilion; the $3,900,000 U.S. Science Pavilion; the new Seattle Civic Center complex, including concert hall seating 3,100, exhibit banquet hall, and small theater; and the Memorial Stadium. Representing investment of more than $70,000,000, Century 21 Exposition will house five Worlds: the world of science, world of Century 21, world of commerce and industry, world of art, and world of entertainment. All will be tied together by the colorful and exotic Boulevards of the World. Century 21, first world's fair to be held in the U.S. since 1939, will take place from April 21 through October 21, 1962."
