The company expanded rapidly during the Klondike Gold Rush by selling proprietary spice packets to miners. Crescent Manufacturing grew with their novel creation of an imitation maple flavoring, Mapleine. The company went on to produce and sell a variety of spices, flavorings, and baked good decorations like this bottle of "Sprinx."
