Plaid flannel shirt, ca. 1990
The donor of this plaid flannel shirt, Maren Higbee, was a high school student when the “grunge” look was in style in Seattle. “This is my Northwest Territory Flannel that I bought at K-mart on Aurora 1990-ish and it was my favorite shirt until about 1995. I even loved it so much it was in my senior pictures.” When she took it to college in 1993 “people knew I was from Seattle.”
